Remove navbar OR Any gadget from your blog ...

many people want to know how to remove or hide navbar because after removing this we can make our blog look like a websitelook.
but the problem here there is some gadgets you can't remove it .. " there is no bouton remove "

2-Click Edit on the navbar 
3-Then choose OFF
